Senior Odoo Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Senior Odoo Implementation Specialist will lead the deployment, configuration and optimisation of Odoo across the organisation. You will work closely with finance, inventory, sales, HR and other functions to translate business needs into practical Odoo solutions and ensure consistent system use across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Odoo implementation activities, from configuration to continuous improvement.
• Analyse existing processes and identify optimisation opportunities using Odoo.
• Gather and translate requirements from Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, Retail and other departments into Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customise Odoo modules to meet operational needs.
• Provide user support, training and guidance to promote system adoption.
• Manage testing, UAT, issue tracking and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Coordinate with external Odoo partners for complex customisations and integrations.
• Document configurations, workflows and implemented solutions.
• Monitor performance, automate processes and support multi‑branch consistency.
• Assist with data migration, validation and accuracy across modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Odoo implementation and ERP projects.
