Senior Odoo Python Developer

About the role
NextEra BD is looking for a Senior Odoo Python Developer to design, build, and maintain custom Odoo modules that power digital supply‑chain solutions. You will work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to deliver high‑impact software while mentoring junior developers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop custom Odoo modules using Python and Odoo ORM.
- Lead backend architecture design and integrate external APIs.
- Optimize supply‑chain workflows and digitise core processes.
- Mentor junior developers and influence product direction.
- Collaborate with sales to qualify customer needs and demonstrate software capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Odoo and Python development.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive “get‑it‑done” mindset.
- Excellent written English.
- Valid work permit for Belgium (nice to have).
Required skills
- Odoo framework.
- Python programming.
- Odoo ORM.
- PostgreSQL database.
- RESTful API integration.
- Google Adwords (optional).
