Senior Preparation & Spinning Technician Specialists

About the role

We are seeking two senior technicians – one specialized in preparation and the other in spinning – to join our production team in Alexandria, Egypt. Both positions focus on maintaining high‑performance textile machinery and ensuring optimal output.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings for preparation and spinning equipment.
• Execute combing and roving operations (preparation role) and operate spinning machines (spinning role).
• Monitor fine counts (Ne 60‑120) and drive productivity spikes.
• Document maintenance activities and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior preparation or spinning technician.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work on fine‑count textile production (Ne 60‑120).
• Demonstrated track record of improving productivity.
