Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect spend categories. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive cost optimisation, ensure contract compliance and support uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including market analysis, RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and improve relationships with key suppliers, monitor performance via KPIs and scorecards, and drive consolidation initiatives.
• Prepare, review and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance, timely renewals and accurate documentation.
• Partner with internal departments and plant teams to understand requirements, challenge specifications and deliver cost‑saving opportunities.
• Deliver annual savings targets, identify standardisation opportunities and support inflation mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, maintain audit‑ready documentation and support reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2‑4 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, negotiations and contract management.
