Senior Project Architect – Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the design and production of detailed construction drawings for complex building projects in Cairo. The role combines architectural design expertise with the ability to define overall building architecture, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural designs for large‑scale projects, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Produce detailed construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review and approve technical solutions, guide integration patterns, and enforce architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and contribute to strategic design decisions.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of proven experience in architectural design and construction drawing production.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale or large‑project environments is a plus.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or equivalent architectural design software).
