Senior Project Manager - Innovation & Renovation Projects

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in Cairo to plan and lead Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects of medium to high complexity, from identification to delivery. The role orchestrates a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to meet the project's key success criteria and business case, ensuring the invested resources deliver the expected return.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project team definition and resource identification with Functional Line Managers
• Build and maintain the project budget and coordinate CAPEX requests with the Engineering Project Manager
• Align the team around common objectives and update project plans
• Coordinate timelines, milestones and end-to-end activities across functions and markets
• Drive the innovation profile, gap assessment and critical path definition
• Define Key Success Criteria with the team and validate them with decision makers
• Prepare the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan, and manage opportunities and risks
• Handle change requests, document scope changes and escalate critical issues
• Facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, post-launch reviews and stakeholder communication
• Maintain accurate data in the I2L system and capture lessons learned

Required profile

• 6+ years of cross-functional experience in I&R projects or missions in various organizations
• 3 to 5 years of effective project management experience
• Proven track record of leading I&R projects or functional teams and developing people
• Experience in a matrix-like structure
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems and communicate effectively
