Senior Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

RSA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex professional services engagements across the EMEA region. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close high‑value projects, maintaining schedules, resources, budgets and compliance with statements of work.
• Lead project meetings, executive reviews and steering committees, acting as the primary customer contact.
• Guide multiple workstreams, enforce quality assurance and manage risks, escalations, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain project financials, deliver quarterly services revenue forecasts and ensure governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of proven project management experience.
• Background in customer‑facing professional services, consulting, systems integration or enterprise software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
