Senior Project Manager - Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead security‑focused software projects from pre‑contracting through delivery and closure. You will act as the single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are profitable, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate proposal scope, estimates, delivery approach, and payment milestones during pre‑contracting.
• Develop high‑level schedules, risk treatments, and contingency plans.
• Staff projects with appropriate resources and coordinate procurement and inventory deliveries.
• Collaborate with tech leads, architects, practice managers, and customers to create realistic project plans and obtain approvals.
• Kick‑off projects, manage day‑to‑day activities, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
• Track scope, schedule, quality, resources, cost, revenue, risks, and change requests.
• Escalate issues and risks to senior management and sponsors as needed.
• Maintain formal project documentation, including plans, change requests, delivery notes, and acceptance certificates.
• Lead project closure, handover to support, archive artifacts, and contribute to lessons‑learned reports.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience managing security‑related software projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
