About the role
The Senior Property Consultant will lead the sales of TMG’s real‑estate portfolio, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, negotiation, and market analysis to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell TMG’s properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Achieve and surpass agreed‑upon sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize results.
- Provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and market opportunities to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and promotional strategies.
- Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing clients to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, propose solutions, and report recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
