About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will lead the sales of TMG’s real‑estate portfolio, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, negotiation, and market analysis to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell TMG’s properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Achieve and surpass agreed‑upon sales targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize results.
  • Provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and market opportunities to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and promotional strategies.
  • Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing clients to appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly performance reports.
  • Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, propose solutions, and report recommendations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results‑oriented mindset focused on achieving goals.
