Senior Quality Tester

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Tester to lead testing efforts across our software portfolio. The role will ensure that applications meet user expectations and business requirements by designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test suites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring early defect detection and alignment with business goals.
• Create comprehensive test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation based on functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop and run test cases using Selenium, Java, TestNG and Postman for functional, integration, system, performance and regression testing.
• Log defects, track them in Jira and provide clear reports to development and product teams for timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate testing effort and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet sprint commitments.
• Execute testing across desktop, web and mobile platforms in various staging environments to guarantee consistent user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and Agile development processes.
