Join a leading international mobility operator in a high-impact role. As a Senior Rolling Stock Engineer, you will drive the operational excellence of our fleet, ensuring maximum reliability, availability, and safety of rolling stock and depot equipment in Cairo.

Missions principales

• Direct and manage all rolling stock maintenance operations, including both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and proactive leadership.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and technical reliability.
• Manage human, material, and financial resources, including capital investment planning and spare parts optimization.
• Oversee the use of Maximo CMMS for precise maintenance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and lead incident investigations when necessary.
• Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance team competencies.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in rolling stock maintenance or heavy mechanical/electrical engineering within the transport sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data and performance KPIs.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing maintenance budgets and resource planning.
• Commitment to high safety standards and rigorous operational discipline.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Rolling Stock Maintenance (Preventive & Corrective).
• Proficiency in Maximo or similar CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Advanced Technical Troubleshooting & Engineering.
• Resource & Budget Management.
