About the role
Advansys is hiring a Senior RPA Business Analyst in Cairo on a full-time basis. The role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities and working with stakeholders through the automation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct process discovery and prepare Discovery and Assessment Reports.
- Define and document business and functional requirements.
- Assess and recommend solutions using Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Apply Agile frameworks and take part in Agile ceremonies.
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, Business Analysis or Intelligent Automation.
- Experience in process discovery, assessment and requirements gathering.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Power Automate is a plus.
