Senior SEO Specialist – VOIS

About the role

VOIS is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic search growth across multiple markets. Based in Hungary, you will work within the CVM & Marketing department to define SEO strategy, execute audits and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the SEO roadmap across markets, channels and teams, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead advanced SEO audits, develop long‑term strategies and respond to algorithm updates.
• Use AI‑powered tools for large‑scale analysis, reporting and content optimisation.
• Collaborate with product, development and UX teams to improve site structure, user experience and technical performance.
• Promote SEO best practices for video, image and app content.
• Develop measurement plans, KPIs and forecasting models using BigQuery, Looker and GA4.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share SEO knowledge across the organisation.
• Influence stakeholders with clear storytelling, actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing within complex digital environments.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Understanding of cross‑channel SEO strategies and integration with broader marketing goals.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools to scale analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools.
