About the role
We are seeking a SharePoint Trainer to join our team and deliver high‑quality training on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365. The role involves preparing and presenting both instructor‑led and virtual sessions for a range of end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver engaging SharePoint and Microsoft 365 training programs.
- Conduct instructor‑led classroom sessions and virtual webinars.
- Create training materials, guides, and documentation tailored to user needs.
- Provide ongoing support and answer queries from trainees.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Trainer or similar instructional role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver both in‑person and online training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to produce clear, engaging training content.
