Senior Site Engineer – Construction Projects in Cairo

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead on‑site operations for major construction projects in Cairo. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing technical leadership to the site team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, including construction activities and workforce management.
• Ensure work complies with engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and material requirements.
• Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the site.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E. or equivalent) highly preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Based in Cairo or willing to relocate.
