Senior Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to shape and execute our social media vision. You will work closely with product, brand, and community teams to create compelling campaigns that drive engagement and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with product and brand objectives.
• Plan and launch campaigns, including key collaborations and product launches.
• Define content direction, messaging, and creative angles across platforms.
• Translate product features into clear campaign concepts and guide content pillars.
• Lead KOL and KOC collaborations, setting campaign direction and concepts.
• Write and adapt copy to fit target audiences and platform requirements.
• Report campaign structures, plans, and overall content to the social media lead.
• Support cross‑functional teams in campaign execution and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with UGC and community teams on engagement strategies.
• Work with insights teams to refine strategy, adjust content based on performance, and produce campaign analysis reports.

Required profile

• Female candidate, up to 35 years old.
• Mass communication graduate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media strategy and content planning.
• Proven track record in campaign planning, content creation, and directing KOL/KOC initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital culture, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with third‑party agencies and partners.
• Strong communication skills and an extroverted, sociable personality.
