Senior Store Keeper

About the role

The Senior Store Keeper is responsible for end‑to‑end control of material movement on a construction project site. The role ensures that all material transactions are executed, documented and audited in line with Innovo’s internal policies, safeguarding assets and preventing loss or waste.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing and issuing of materials, equipment and assets, verifying deliveries against documents.
• Prepare and manage Store Receiving Vouchers (SRV) and Store Issuance Vouchers (SIV) with required approvals.
• Generate daily material reports for project and warehouse management, monitor consumption and trigger re‑orders.
• Monitor material expiry dates and storage conditions, flagging issues to prevent waste.
• Coordinate with site engineers to release materials needed for ongoing activities.
• Maintain dual filing system (manual and ERP) ensuring data integrity for audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and logically laid out for easy access.
• Adhere strictly to Innovo’s HSE requirements and handle special department assignments as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 4‑6 years of store‑keeping experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction materials (civil, MEP, finishing) and proper storage practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP) – strong plus.
