Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and support of infrastructure solutions for our e‑serve projects. The role blends deep technical expertise in systems, networks, cloud platforms, and virtualization with strong project leadership to deliver reliable, high‑performance environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and define system requirements for e‑serve projects in collaboration with management.
• Analyze network data and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and problems.
• Design and develop network architecture and computer systems infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of cloud‑based computer systems.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and day‑to‑day operational support for servers, storage, and networks.
• Build, patch, test, and deploy complex systems while ensuring compatibility and quality.
• Perform backup, data migration, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
• Configure security settings, access permissions, and virus/malware protection.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for systems and networks.
• Train engineering teams on new systems, protocols, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, Azure, AWS, CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, or Security+.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and system architecture.
