Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Food & Beverage

About the role

ScribeMe is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for its Food & Beverage sector. Based on‑site in New Cairo, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, strengthen employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and refine hiring strategies to attract top talent in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment with organizational goals.
• Enhance ScribeMe’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is a plus.
