Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, develop sourcing strategies, and support employee development initiatives. This role partners with managers to align staffing plans with business needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, phone screening, scheduling, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Draft job postings and advertise on multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment HRIS, resume database, and recruitment reports.
• Oversee data migration to new recruitment modules and track recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding of new hires and organize career fairs as needed.
• Assist with organization development tasks such as job description creation, employee engagement activities, performance management, and training program design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build effective candidate pipelines and outreach strategies.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and strong administrative writing skills.
