Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full‑life cycle recruiting for La Poire Group’s iconic F&B brands in Egypt. This on‑site position focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent while enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design recruitment plans with line managers and consolidate them with the Recruitment Section Head.
• Conduct initial interviews, screen CVs, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Develop and manage employer branding strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate internal communication between recruitment teams and hiring managers to maintain timely processes.
• Announce vacancies through internal channels and attract referrals to minimize hiring costs.
• Attend job fairs, collect CVs, and maintain a candidate database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
