Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

K-Line Europe is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team in Cairo. This senior role combines strategic HR partnership with talent acquisition and talent management across the company’s international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role clarity and team effectiveness.
• Lead development of job descriptions, career paths, competency frameworks and organizational structures.
• Oversee global recruitment strategy, hiring plans, selection standards and employer‑branding activities.
• Provide functional direction to Talent Acquisition Specialists and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Manage performance management cycles, 360‑degree appraisals, succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and leadership‑development programs based on capability gaps.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, conduct and policy implementation.
• Maintain workforce and talent dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field; MBA or postgraduate HR qualification is a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnering exposure.
• Broad experience across talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience in multi‑country or fast‑growing organizations.
• Strong analytical, project‑management, facilitation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of Odoo or similar integrated HR systems.
