Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - North America Market

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across the North America market. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for positions ranging from entry‑level to executive leadership.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Prepare shortlists, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations.
• Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing, agency, or outsourcing environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for the North America market across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with online sourcing tools.
