Senior Talent Management Specialist – Manufacturing & Industrial

About the role

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will lead talent acquisition, performance management and development initiatives for critical manufacturing and industrial functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure the organization attracts, retains and grows top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing and industrial positions, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment and selection.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract technical, engineering and operational talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and selection criteria.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Develop, roll out and manage performance appraisal processes aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on performance management, goal setting and talent development.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support succession planning, career development and workforce planning discussions.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development programs.
• Work with HR and department leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5‑7 years of progressive talent management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background in recruiting for technical, engineering and operational roles.
• Proven expertise in performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
