About the role
The Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst ensures that Mixel’s People systems operate accurately, efficiently, and are user‑friendly. You will balance day‑to‑day operational support with continuous improvement initiatives, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Workday, including data entry, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain integrations between Workday, ATS, compensation, and payroll tools.
- Identify manual, error‑prone processes and lead automation projects.
- Manage change for system updates and new technology rollouts, creating communication and training plans.
- Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and policies.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to test changes and ensure seamless data flow.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Workday HR or HRIS analyst, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to train users and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize improvements.
