SEO Copywriter – ERP & Software Focus

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Copywriter who will create compelling, search‑engine‑optimized content for our ERP and software solutions. The role blends strategic content planning with technical translation to help C‑level executives and IT managers understand complex products.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, landing pages, and email newsletters focused on ERP solutions.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize all content for on‑page SEO, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.
• Translate technical jargon about ERP systems, cloud computing, and business processes into clear, reader‑friendly copy.
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches and industry trends.
• Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to ensure content accuracy and visual appeal.

Required profile

• 2+ years of content writing experience in the Software or SaaS industry; ERP experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) with impeccable grammar and adaptable tone.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SEO‑driven content such as blog posts, case studies, and technical articles.
• Based in or willing to commute to Maadi, Cairo for a hybrid work schedule.

Required skills

• SEO best practices and on‑page optimization.
• Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic HTML/CSS for content formatting.
• Experience with HubSpot or WordPress content management systems.
