SEO Growth Lead

About the role

We are expanding our SEO operations and need an SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth across multiple client projects. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced digital agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee SEO strategies for several projects simultaneously.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO‑driven content plans.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, crawling and indexing.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings and KPI performance.
• Design and execute link‑building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track competitor activity, industry trends and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable growth results.
• Proven experience managing SEO projects in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Technical SEO principles and website optimization.
• WordPress and HTML5 for SEO implementation.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Keyword research and link‑building techniques.
