SEO Specialist (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist to join our marketing team in Maadi, Cairo. You will work under the supervision of an SEO Manager, focusing on improving website visibility through on‑page optimisation, keyword research, and ethical link‑building strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyse search intent and track keyword rankings.
• Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings and internal linking structures.
• Prepare SEO briefs, review content for optimisation and suggest new content ideas.
• Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high‑quality backlinks and monitor their health.
• Analyse competitor sites for keyword gaps and backlink opportunities.
• Use tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor performance and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results.
• Solid understanding of on‑page SEO and practical experience with off‑page link building.
• Ability to perform keyword research and interpret search intent.
• Familiarity with SEO reporting and prioritisation in a fast‑moving environment.
