Service Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations at a 5‑star resort in Quseir, Marsa Alam. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurants and outlets, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team, including waiters, captains and hosts.
• Maintain 5‑star hospitality standards in service delivery, presentation and guest interaction.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales performance through upselling, promotions and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Manager or equivalent role in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good command of English; experience in Hurghada or Marsa Alam is a plus.
