ServiceNow Engineer – GenAI (Cairo)

About the role

The ServiceNow Engineer will configure, customize, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM. The role focuses on low‑code configuration, AI‑enabled features, and ensuring platform stability while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Maintain Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and CMDB data to support AI‑ready outputs.
• Implement Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities for conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, support testing, validation, and deployment of updates.
• Identify process‑streamlining opportunities using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Orchestration.
• Document configurations, test cases, and process workflows; provide user training and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring ServiceNow platforms for ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning of ServiceNow releases and AI trends.
