Site Coordinator Mechanical Engineer

About the role

The Site Coordinator Mechanical Engineer will be based on project sites in Cairo, overseeing the mechanical aspects of high‑end water‑feature installations such as swimming pools, fountains and artificial lakes. Reporting to the project management team, the engineer ensures that all electro‑mechanical works are delivered on schedule, to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical site works for electro‑mechanical water‑feature projects.
• Manage installation, testing and commissioning of systems for pools, fountains and related structures.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, codes and standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve on‑site technical issues and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical site works.
• Strong Mechanical Engineering background with proven experience in electro‑mechanical installations and site supervision.
• Experience in water‑related projects (pools, fountains, artificial lakes) is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints on‑site.
