About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to lead the execution of construction and fit‑out projects. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring high‑quality execution and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, address on‑site issues promptly, and keep timelines on track.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractor performance and quality control processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 + years experience as a Site Engineer.
• Mandatory experience in fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and quality control.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive timely project delivery.
