Site Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with designs and schedules, and coordinate with project stakeholders on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven experience supervising construction activities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
