Site Facility Team Lead – Infrastructure & Rail Projects

About the role

Colas Rail - Egypt is looking for a Site Facility Team Lead to oversee all facility operations on the Abu Qir Metro (AQM) project. The role ensures efficient mobilization, maintenance, and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while supporting the overall success of this rail infrastructure initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site mobilization and facility setup activities.
• Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of site systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Manage site layout, space allocation, and infrastructure optimization.
• Control facility budgets and implement cost/energy efficiency measures.
• Coordinate with security and site coordination teams.
• Handle electrical load calculations and power distribution.
• Support material forecasting and resource planning.
• Supervise and develop the facility team.
• Establish and manage mobilization workshops to support site operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or rail mega‑projects.
• Strong technical, leadership and coordination abilities.
• Proven experience in site facility and operations management.
