Skadina Technical Lead

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for a Skadina Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions on the Skadina platform. You will provide technical direction, mentor development teams, and ensure high‑quality code and architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Review code and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post‑production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven hands‑on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
