Social Media Account Manager & Moderator

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Account Manager & Moderator to join Mohammad ALJASEM Law Firm & Legal Consulting Group. The role focuses on building and maintaining a professional online presence for the firm across multiple social platforms, engaging with the community, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, publish and optimize content that aligns with the firm’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies, monitoring trends and competitor activity.
• Monitor and moderate comments, messages and community interactions, handling inquiries, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Identify and report fake accounts, spam and inappropriate content.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, photography and video teams to produce reels, stories and short‑form videos.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth and conversions, preparing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, creativity and performance.
