About the role
CTRL is seeking a full‑time Social Media & Community Executive to shape and maintain its online presence. The role blends creative content creation with community engagement, turning audience interactions into stronger customer retention and repeat purchases.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the brand’s daily presence across all social media platforms, including publishing content and writing captions.
- Coordinate posting schedules and monitor community channels for audience engagement.
- Collect comments, feedback, and customer insights to inform content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and, later, WhatsApp/SMS initiatives.
- Build customer flows such as welcome, restock, launch, and repeat‑purchase messages, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Track open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, community, and CRM activities.
Required profile
- Experience or strong interest in social media and community management.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions.
- Deep understanding of audience behavior, social media trends, and brand tone.
- Highly organized, capable of managing schedules, reports, and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site.
