Social Media Content & Account Manager

About the role

Innovalz, a digital marketing agency in Egypt, is looking for a full‑time Social Media Content & Account Manager to join its on‑site team in 6th of October City. You will create and execute social media content strategies for multiple client accounts, ensuring each post aligns with brand voice and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Manage client accounts, act as the primary point of contact, gather requirements and present plans and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal creative and media teams to produce assets and support paid‑social initiatives.
• Monitor social media metrics, analyse performance data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Maintain social media calendars, ensure timely delivery of campaigns and uphold brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in media planning and collaboration on paid social campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project‑management capabilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, content strategy and audience targeting.
