About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and expand our online presence across multiple platforms. The role will shape content, drive campaigns, and foster strong audience engagement while aligning with our brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on all major social platforms.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to messages, and nurture audience relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and content creation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform updates, trends, and tools.
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Experience using social media analytics platforms (e.g., native insights, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) and video editing basics.
