Social Media Manager (Hybrid, Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and performance‑driven Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, social media management, and paid advertising for OBD and its clients. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, using AI tools and data‑driven insights to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms.
• Create, write, edit, and publish high‑quality content.
• Design end‑to‑end content strategies, from planning to performance reporting.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise budgets and maximise ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, research and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with strategy, branding and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage community engagement and stay up‑to‑date with platform trends.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven experience managing brands in the Saudi or GCC market.
• Track record of delivering measurable growth through organic and paid social campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management skills.
