Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead the Instagram presence of five brands. The role focuses on delivering a sleek, minimalistic aesthetic through daily Stories and high‑impact reels, while fostering community engagement and staying ahead of platform trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually captivating daily Instagram Stories and reels that match a modern, minimal aesthetic.
• Edit sharp, engaging reels, selecting appropriate fonts, text alignment, and lowercase styling.
• Produce content using Canva and CapCut; proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus.
• Write witty, emotionally resonant captions that reflect each brand’s voice.
• Manage community interactions: respond to DMs, comments, and engage with similar brands.
• Allocate at least 15 minutes each day to audience engagement and use interactive tools such as Q&A sessions and quizzes.
• Utilize ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable to organize multiple projects efficiently.
• Monitor Instagram algorithms and analytics to maximize reach and growth.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting ability with a knack for creative, outside‑the‑box thinking.
• Strong minimalistic design sensibility.
• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) managing Instagram accounts and creating cohesive feeds.
• Expertise in font selection and text alignment for Stories and reels.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.
