About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with at least five years of agency experience to lead the social media strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role combines leadership, content oversight, and performance‑driven optimization to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead content strategy and brand storytelling across all social platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators and copywriters.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and launch execution.
• Collaborate closely with design, media, and account teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Present ideas, concepts, and performance insights to clients.
• Analyze metrics, optimize content based on trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to create compelling content and devise effective social strategies.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
