Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑paced marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, helping to boost brand visibility and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch integrated communications campaigns covering print, radio, online, sponsorships and collaterals.
• Develop content strategy for key channels and produce engaging Instagram, Reels and TikTok concepts.
• Coordinate internal communication across Sharaf DG to ensure timely dissemination of campaign information.
• Allocate tasks, approve final artwork, radio spots, social media posts and mobile app updates.
• Maintain website and mobile app trends, highlight new products and conduct full page analysis.
• Track platform analytics, compile performance reports and present them to the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in marketing or social media.
• Graduate degree, preferably a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of the latest retail marketing trends.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
