Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our medical facility in Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo. You will build and manage our online presence, produce educational health content, and engage with patients and followers while respecting medical ethics and privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Produce educational graphics and short videos (doctor introductions, clinic tours, patient testimonials) using Canva, Adobe Suite, and video‑editing tools.
• Manage daily community interaction, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain a professional, trustworthy brand voice.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads via Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads, to drive awareness and appointment bookings.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, website clicks, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic staff, and external creatives to ensure accurate, compliant content.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in social media management.
• Preferably experience in medical or healthcare marketing.
• Demonstrated portfolio of managed social media accounts.
