Social Media Moderator

About the role

The Social Media Moderator will oversee user‑generated content across our digital channels, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our community. Working in a hybrid setting from our Sheraton, Cairo office, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customers in the retail, cosmetics and fashion sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media posts, comments and messages in line with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Identify and resolve potential issues or escalations, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings in retail, cosmetics and fashion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of moderation guidelines and processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in moderation or customer support.
• Prior experience in retail, cosmetics or fashion is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
