Social Media Moderator – Pre‑sales Specialist

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for Bevatel’s brand on social platforms, managing interactions and turning comments and messages into qualified leads. Acting as a pre‑sales specialist, you will guide prospects through their journey before handing them over to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all comments and direct messages on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Identify customer needs, highlight product benefits and persuade prospects to become leads.
• Collect and organize customer data (name, phone number, interests) for the sales team.
• Handle negative comments or complaints quickly and tactfully to protect brand reputation.
• Report common questions and feedback to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in social media moderation, customer service or sales.
• Previous use of Meta Business Suite or a unified inbox management system.
• Fluent written Arabic and English with zero spelling or grammatical errors.
• Sales‑mindset with the ability to handle objections and persuade via chat.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage high message volumes during peak times.
