About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Moderator to join our team remotely. You will help shape the online presence of a leading manufacturer of access systems, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our audience across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
- Implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and community interaction.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team.
- Track performance using analytics tools and suggest optimisations.
Required profile
- Strong background in social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience in digital marketing and overall marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring social media performance.
- Effective time‑management and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of industrial or technical products, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
