Social Media Senior Specialist (Arabic & English)

About the role

San3a Tech is seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to lead end‑to‑end social media execution for San3a Academy and Fab Lab Egypt. You will ensure timely, on‑brand content delivery across all platforms, manage community engagement, and keep both brands consistently visible online.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the social media content calendar for both brands, ensuring proper cadence, platform consistency, and brand presence.
• Coordinate daily with graphic designers, freelancers, and performance teams to produce and adapt content on brief.
• Write native copy in Arabic and English, tailored to each brand’s tone and audience.
• Prepare and adapt creative assets for paid campaigns in collaboration with the performance function.
• Manage daily community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and surface audience feedback.
• Track organic social performance, report on reach and engagement, and feed insights back into content planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
• Fluent written Arabic and English with a strong sense of the Egyptian audience tone.
• Hands‑on experience with content scheduling tools and native platform publishing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi‑brand calendar.
• Solid understanding of organic social metrics and how to act on them.
• Eye for visual quality and ability to brief and review creative work.
