Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to enhance the online presence of our medical facility in Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo. You will produce engaging, educational content, interact with patients and followers, and ensure all communications respect healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including educational health tips, clinic news, and service highlights.
• Develop simple, professional graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite and produce short videos or reels with proper consent.
• Manage daily posting, stories, and community engagement, responding to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, run paid ads within budget, and grow followers organically.
• Track metrics like reach, engagement, website clicks, and appointment inquiries; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic staff, and external designers to ensure accurate and compliant content.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Preferably experience in medical or healthcare marketing.
• Demonstrated portfolio of managed social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian medical advertising regulations and patient privacy.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time with a professional, caring brand voice.
