Software Integration & Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Service‑Oriented Software Integration & Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality customer support and seamless software integrations for enterprise clients. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, internal development teams, and third‑party vendors, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support in line with SLAs, troubleshoot software functionality, user access, and system configuration issues.
• Gather and analyse client integration requirements, install, configure and integrate software with client systems and external platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test and validate new integrations, and produce technical documentation.
• Serve as the technical liaison for pre‑sales discussions, relay customer feedback to product teams, and support project delivery when needed.
• Identify process improvements, stay updated on emerging integration technologies, and participate in continuous training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in technical support, software integration or service management.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise software environments; exposure to financial or wealth‑management systems is highly desirable.
